Women Council members from Purulia and South 24 Parganas participated in gram Sabha meeting of 4 Gram Panchayat in November, 2023. 12 women council members participated in Gram Sansad of Gopalnagar GP and 8 council members participated in Gram Sansad of Durbachati GP in Patharpratima block, 6 women council members participated in Basanti GP of Basanti Block of South 24 Parganas district. 6 women Council Members participated in the Gram Sansad of Tatuar GP of Jhalda 2 block of Purulia. Women highlighted the issue of child marriage, crisis of Water, absence of street light, Community hall, etc.
