This year 2024 16th October observed a a day against child Marriage in the Gorubathan Block of Kalimpong district along with the Block Development Office and Panchayat samiti of Gorubathan. Students from 13 schools also joined the program. Drama and other cultural programs against child marriage were performed on the stage. Rally with posters against child marriage were organised in different villages. BDO, Sabhapati of Panchayat samiti, school teachers and police were attended the program.
